Bridging the Gap Between Strategy and Successful Implementation
The digital era was expected to make strategy execution easier. Paradoxically, research shows that implementation success rates are lower today than in the pre-digital era, despite massive technology investments. Second, with the arrival of digital technologies, human deployment in organizations will drastically change.
The founders of DCMI, after decades of field experience and research across industries, identified one critical gap: Implementation success depends less on technology and more on human decision-making under complex, rapidly changing conditions.
DCMI was created to fill that gap by:
Providing a data-backed, risk-based approach to improve benefit realization.
Establishing and maintaining an Implementation Global Norms Database – and a digitalized risk process – proven to improve benefit realization that can be locally deployed.
Offering a professional forum for global learning, shared insights, and standards in aspects impacting change execution.
DCMI brings together professionals across disciplines, industries, sectors, hierarchies and cultures in the pursuit of successful implementation and strategy execution.
